6 MONTHS CONTRACT RECEPTIONIST X 2 (UP TO $3000)

Our client is a LEADING TECHNOLOGY MNC

Job Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties

• Attend to walk in clients and customers
• Handle front desk customer service duties
• Answer queries from inhouse system
• Handle in-coming phone calls
• Arrange for conference rooms
• Update guest list and contact numbers
• Arrange for incoming and outgoing courier

Administration

• Stationery, pantry supplies and equipment maintenance
• Ensure sufficient stock for stationery and pantry supplies
• Ensure coffee machine, water cooler, shredding and scanning machines are serviced periodically

Job Requirements

• O'Levels and above
• At least 3 - 4 years of receptionist in the service industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to multitask

Salary ranges from $2,600 - $3,000
