6 Months Learning and Organisational Development Manager (FMCG)

Job Duties:

  • Facilitate annual Talent Review and Succession Planning
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders and HR Partners for career development plans
  • Implement tailored talent programs for high-potentials and future leaders
  • Design and deploy career path planning initiatives
  • Assist HR Director in talent strategy and development assessments
  • Stay updated on L&D trends for effective training programs
  • Support employee engagement campaigns and content creation
  • Identify individual development goals and propose interventions
  • Manage end-to-end learning and development activities
  • Coordinate organisational development projects and employee engagement surveys

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree, HR Management or HR Development.
  • At least 7 years in a multinational organization; experience in consultancy firms preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in L&D operational activities
  • Immediate availability
