Job description

Job Duties:

  • Reporting to the HR Manager
  • End-to-end recruitment for all Intern and Graduate positions
  • You will take ownership of the entire candidate experience, from initial engagement through assessment and offer stage, ensuring a swift process
  • Screening resumes and scheduling interview
  • Managing and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Developing internship programs and evaluating the performance of new employees.
  • Supporting in maintaining strong relationships with top tier universities and targeted student groups and societies
  • HR Operations, Onboarding, Off boarding Building effective relationships with internal stakeholder

Job Requirements:

  • Degree and above
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
