8 MONTHS CONTRACT RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ADMIN ($2800)
Our client is in the FMCG sector
Job Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties
- Attend to walk in clients and customers
- Handle travel arrangements for colleagues
- Handle front desk customer service duties
- Handle in-coming phone calls
- Arrange for conference rooms
- Update guest list and contact numbers
- Arrange for incoming and outgoing courier
Administration
- Stationery, pantry supplies and equipment maintenance
- Ensure sufficient stock for stationery and pantry supplies
- Ensure coffee machine, water cooler, shredding and scanning machines are serviced periodically
- Office support services
- Assist staff to book restaurants for meetings/meals
- Assist staff to book flights/hotels and processing expense claims forms
- Other administrative support assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- O'Levels and above
- At least 3 - 4 years of receptionist in the service industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multitask
- Strong in admin duties
Salary ranges from $2,500 - $3000
