Account Executive (Enterprise)

Job description

My client, a global leader in enterprise planning software, equips customers with the tools needed to align objectives and resources, enabling informed decision-making and faster results. They are seeking a dynamic Account Executive (Enterprise) for their Singapore office.

In this role, you will drive revenue growth and market disruption, collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer value and secure new business. You will manage multiple large accounts within a defined territory, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding existing ones.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engage enterprise prospects to identify and solve business process issues with solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process while providing consultative selling to build customer value.
  • Maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities. Work together with internal teams to target them to secure new business.
  • Utilize value-based selling and accurately manage sales processes and forecast.
  • Leverage partners and existing customers to expand the footprint.

Key Requirements

  • BS/BA degree preferred.
  • At least 10+ years of successful software/SaaS sales experience, ideally managing enterprise/large accounts. Experience in Supply Chain solutions is a plus.
  • Proactive and customer-centric with the ability to deliver to customer satisfaction.
  • Consultative selling skills and ability to navigate complex environments.
  • Self-motivated and a team player who can bring in new business and execute sales strategies to deliver successful results.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn solutions, with strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
