Accounts Payable (AP) Executive up to $3000 (1 year contract)
Our client is an established organization in the legal industry
Location: Central

Job scope:

  • * Handle AP duties for business entities
  • * Processing high volume of invoice in SAP system
  • * Process AP, expense claims, petty cash, intercompany transactions
  • * Involved in bank reconciliation and month-end reports
  • * Cashflow forecasting, bank reconciliations
  • * Provide assistance in auditor's request for year end financial

Requirements:

  • * Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or related discipline
  • * At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in AP duties
  • * Knowledge in billing will be a great plus
  • * Experienced working in legal or professional services industry will be highly advantageous
  • * Familiar with SAP
  • * Able to commence work immediately!

Salary: up to $3000
