Administrative Assistant

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and related materials to support client discussions.
  
• Organize and assemble documents required for client review and signing.
  
• Manage the submission of completed forms and paperwork to the appropriate teams or service providers.
  
• Follow up on ongoing matters such as pending documents, incomplete requirements, or payment issues.
  
• Maintain and update client information, assist with service requests, and coordinate with external partners when needed.
  
• Oversee general administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and ensuring documents meet internal guidelines.
  
• Support the team with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and preparation of basic reports.
  
• Carry out routine secretarial and administrative duties, along with any additional tasks assigned.
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
