AVP, Product Marketing Manager

Our client: Is a leader in the social music creation space with over 27 million users globally

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong knowledge of our consumers, what they need and create impactful marketing campaigns based on this
  • Work cross-functionally with product management and marketing teams to develop and drive both product marketing and the go-to-market planning.
  • Take ownership of the product launch process.
  • Work with the growth team to A/B test, iterate, and refine campaign creatives for performance and deepen empathy for our users.
  • Possess expert knowledge of competitive products and stay up-to-date on product and industry developments.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing product marketing team. Mentor team members to support their performance and development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2C marketing or advertising software/ technology products in a start-up environment
  • Experience having worked with multiple mediums and marketing tools/platforms
  • Ability to demonstrate driving successful go-to-market plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of the language of product, marketing and able to work and communicate across teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and cover many roles/projects at once
  • Knowledge of and passion for the music software industry is required
