Bank Operational Risk Analyst - Maternity *up to $8000*

• Oversee and review operational errors, audit management, regulatory examinations, and compliance assessments to ensure effective governance.
• Handle risk management communications and reporting for senior stakeholders in Operations.
• Lead efforts to address and improve control changes, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory, policy, and standard requirements.
• Develop and implement control structures, regularly review policies and standards to maintain a best-in-class control environment.
• Manage the execution of key operational control initiatives, ensuring timely and effective design, governance, and oversight of controls.
• Utilize analytical, creative, and conceptual thinking to enhance the effectiveness of information usage across control functions.
• Build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, influencing change effectively through collaboration.
• Identify and implement improvements or efficiencies in risk management processes, collaborating with multiple divisions for execution.
• Foster and promote a strong risk culture and sound risk management practices within Operations teams and processes.
