1. Strategic Client Acquisition
   * Spearhead automation-modernisation initiatives for Southeast Asia's 50 largest warehousing, logistics and e-commerce players, consistently engaging board-level stakeholders to secure buy-in.
   * Forge a partner ecosystem of system integrators and logistics-real-estate developers to co-sell integrated solutions and exceed annual regional revenue goals.
2. High-stakes Project Delivery
   * Steer the full cycle-from RFP to technical blueprint-delivering cross-border smart-warehouse roll-outs on time and on budget.
   * Deploy customer-value models that extend account life-cycles, lift profit margins and boost renewal rates.
3. Industry Thought Leadership
   * Keynote at SEA logistics forums and expos, co-creating flagship deployments with tier-1 names.
   * Translate on-the-ground intelligence into actionable insight papers that shape regional go-to-market plans.

1. 8+ years hunting and closing smart-warehousing / industrial-automation deals, including 3+ successful multinational implementations.
2. Native-level Mandarin plus business-fluent English (written & spoken), as you need to engage with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
3. Hands-on grasp of AGV/AMR specs, KPIs and technology road-maps.
4. Proven ability to navigate Southeast-Asian regulatory landscapes and multicultural negotiation styles.
