I graduated from the University of Milan, Italy, with a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Studies. I have been in the recruitment industry for about 5 years. Before relocating to Singapore, I worked as an International Executive Search Consultant in Shanghai, China. I specialise in partnering with prominent technology investment firms to help capital-incubated portfolio companies establish their operations and commercialisation teams from the ground up. I excel in enabling Chinese internet, gaming, SaaS, fintech, cross-border transaction, and other high-tech companies to expand successfully overseas.

 

Roles I Recruit For

I specialise in recruiting for commercial roles within the technology industry, supporting Asian companies with their global expansion. My focus spans across sectors such as IT, digital, Web3, crypto, GameFi, fintech, and internet.

I cover a broad range of middle to executive-level roles in sales and marketing, enablement, and strategy. This includes positions such as Country Manager, General Manager, Sales Head or Vice President, Enterprise and Inside Sales Executive, CRM professional, Chief Marketing Officer, Growth & Product Marketing Lead, and Event Manager.
