4. Collaborate with backend operations and technical teams to quickly identify and resolve problems, and ensure smooth transactions.
5. Market and Competitor Analysis
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors such as Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, and Education.
2. At least 3 years of experience in cross-border payment, B2B sales, or business development; candidates with educational industry customer resources or cross-border payment product promotion experience are preferred.
3. Familiar with the Singapore and Southeast Asian education market landscape, and knowledgeable about international education fund flow rules, institutional financial management processes, and cross-border payment compliance requirements.
4. Excellent ability in customer needs identification and solution presentation, capable of independently completing the entire process from negotiation to signing.
5. Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, adaptable to working across time zones, and proficient in building trusting relationships with institutional senior management (e.g., CFOs, admissions directors).
6. Basic technical understanding, able to clearly explain professional content such as payment system logic and API integration processes.
7. Results-driven, with strong pressure resistance, able to proactively respond to market changes and efficiently achieve business targets
