Position: BD Executive
Location: Singapore


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Present and explain the platform to coaches, facilities providers, and users.
  • Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new users.
  • Business Development: Assist in improving processes and operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work with team members to enhance business performance.
  • Research & Analysis: Identify business opportunities and develop strategies.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Practical Knowledge: Learn business operations and administrative procedures.


Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Clearly articulate ideas and engage stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Abilities: Build relationships with diverse teams and partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team Player: Work independently and collaborate effectively.
  • Business Acumen: Basic understanding of business development.
  • Adaptability: Eager to learn and adapt in a startup environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree from NUS/NTU/SMU or a Master's in Business Management.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome.
