Business Development Manager

Job description

Our client is a MNC specialised in logistics and transportation, they're looking for a Business Development Manager to take care of the assigned territory business.


  • Identify and develop new business leads within the assigned territory, creating both short- and long-term action plans.
  • Conduct sales calls and meetings in accordance with KPI.
  • Address issues and challenges from customer contacts on developing solutions in line with business requirements.
  • Oversee pipeline, target information to assure successful client integration.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders for achieving smooth closure and better sales revenue.


  • Diploma and higher qualification in any field.
  • Practical experience in air/sea/customs brokerage combined with sales expertise.
  • High drive and leadership abilities with 5+ years of industry experience; familiarity with the local market is advantageous.
  • Willing to work in a diversified environment and under tight timelines complemented by good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
