Business Development Manager, Asia (Aviation)

  • Base salary up to $120k/annum + Incentives

We are partnering with a global MNC who is the world's leading travel risk management solution provider, specializing in medical and security assistance serving the Aviation sector. They have a team of over 10,000 experts and the capability to provide support across more than 1,000 locations.

Office Location: East

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional BD Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth within Commercial and Business Aviation market across the Asia region. As an assertive and strategic sales leader, you will need to adopt a solution-based selling and proactively generate and convert leads while building a strong client relationship. Due to the regional scope, you will need to travel 2 to 3 times per month to meet with regional customers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with over 5 years of Commercial / Sales / Business Development experience within the Aviation market (Commercial / B2B Aviation). You will need to be well-networked within Aviation and has track record in selling solutions and/or services to aviation operators, OEMs, and key stakeholders in Asia. As this is a hunting role, you will need to be comfortable in new business generation, while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
