Our client is a technology firm in the cryptocurrency fintech industry

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Job scope:

• Handling C&B related duties on a regional level inclusive of salary benchmarking exercise, benefits management, performance bonus management etc
• Generate and conduct data analysis, analyze results and provide recommendations to support effective C&B program
• Involved in salary benchmarking exercise
• Ensure benefits are in accordance to current regulations
• Develop and implement cost-efficient initiatives to be aligned with business strategies and goals
• Review compensation process to streamline and create more activities
• Facilitate performance and bonus reviews, promotion and increment exercises etc
• Handle full-cycle payroll for local employees, filing of claims for employees

Requirements:

• Diploma in HR or related discipline
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll
• Prior exposure handling regional portfolio will be advantageous
• Experienced in salary benchmarking exercises
• Knowledge in stock option management will be a plus
• Familiar with Timesoft or any other payroll related softwares
• Able to commence work immediately!
