Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR operations queries and employee lifecycle matters (onboarding, transfers, confirmations, offboarding)
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for APAC and MEA, including CPF and statutory compliance
Administer compensation, benefits, leave systems, insurance, pensions, and support annual salary and bonus exercises
Prepare and maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, letters, and work pass administration
Coordinate with Global Shared Services and support HR audits, tax filings, MOM surveys, and reporting requirements
Drive HR projects, process improvements, and people analytics to support data-driven decision-making
Requirements
Degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources, with experience in HR operations and payroll
Strong knowledge of Singapore and regional employment laws and statutory regulations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office with the ability to manage data, reports, and dashboards effectively
Regional experience is a plus
