Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR operations queries and employee lifecycle matters (onboarding, transfers, confirmations, offboarding)

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for APAC and MEA, including CPF and statutory compliance

  • Administer compensation, benefits, leave systems, insurance, pensions, and support annual salary and bonus exercises

  • Prepare and maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, letters, and work pass administration

  • Coordinate with Global Shared Services and support HR audits, tax filings, MOM surveys, and reporting requirements

  • Drive HR projects, process improvements, and people analytics to support data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources, with experience in HR operations and payroll

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore and regional employment laws and statutory regulations

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with attention to detail

  • Proficient in MS Office with the ability to manage data, reports, and dashboards effectively

  • Regional experience is a plus
