Contract Program Manager (Education) - South Korea

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of Professional Development activities in South Korea and for key clients across the Asia Pacific region, working closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Delivery, and Regional Business teams.
  • Coordinate all aspects of program execution, applying effective project management practices to ensure timely delivery, alignment with strategic goals, and a high-quality participant experience.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to achieve enrolment targets in assigned markets and key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager to complete the annual development event schedule, ensuring alignment with school needs.
  • Liaise with internal departments, schools, and partners to collect feedback on training needs within assigned geographic areas.
  • Lead the selection and contracting process for designated development providers.
  • Manage relationships with assigned providers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with agreed terms and deliverables.
  • Work with Legal, Finance, and other departments to support the day-to-day coordination and management of development
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on relevant activities and performance.
  • Offer second-tier support for queries, ensuring service standards are met.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in Education industry is required
  • Fluency in both Korean and English are required due to the need to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders in Korea and Global regions
