Position: Korea Crypto VIP Relationship Manager
Location: Korea/Singapore/HK

Key Responsibilities

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person to join our Internal Control team. You'll report to the Head of Internal Control and help improve our risk and control systems in a fast-moving, crypto-focused environment. This hands-on role involves implementing internal policies, improving monitoring tools, and supporting risk management across teams. You'll help shape how we manage internal controls in a cutting-edge industry.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily operations and VIP customer relationships
  • Track transactions, new accounts, and asset growth for key clients
  • Offer personalized services based on VIP customer needs
  • Monitor VIP transaction data and suggest strategies for improvement

What You'll Need

  • 1-2 years of experience in VIP customer management
  • Experience in crypto exchanges or Web3 is a plus
  • Fluent in Korean&(English or Chinese) for business communication
  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness
