(US MNC) Customer Service/ Logistics Operations up to $4500 - 1 year contract, extendable
Our client is a US MNC in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
Location: Pasir Panjang

Job scope:

• Facilitate customer service and logistics operations for APAC region
• Manage orders and shipment to Asia market, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure logistics process are handled efficiently
• Issue and follow up on Purchase Order, monitor PO and Sales Order for processing purposes
• Liaise with suppliers and forwarding agents for delivery schedule, handling shipment arrangements and preparations of documentation
• Attend to any enquiries/complaints from customers
• Handle bank LC and other commercial transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics or related discipline
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service/ Operations/ Logistics/ Supply Chain
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry will be highly advantageous
• Regional experience will be preferred
• Knowledge in SAP will be highly preferred
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment

Salary: up to $4500
