Position: Devops Architect
Location: China

Key Responsibilitie

Reliability, Observability & Performance

  • Lead incident response and root cause analysis for critical systems.
  • Define and track SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets in coordination with product teams.
  • Build observability tools including logging, metrics, and alerting platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Work with engineering to implement performance improvements and system optimizations.
  • Develop and maintain a robust on-call playbook and emergency response protocols.

Qualifications

  • 3-8 years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux systems, Docker, and Kubernetes (certification a plus).
  • Familiar with L3/L4 networking concepts, service mesh, and API gateways.
  • Proficient with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experienced with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.).
  • Familiarity with security practices in CI/CD and infrastructure.
  • Programming/scripting ability in Python, Bash, or Go is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for system reliability.
