Distribution Sales Manager

My clients are in the Industrial Manufacturing and are currently looking for a Distribution Sales Manager - SEA in Kuala Lumpur. This is a newly created position and will require the candidate to come from the B2B industry. The Distribution Sales Manager will provide support, direction and guidance to the Channel Partners with the ultimate goal of market share gain and equipment placement growth.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure sales budget delivery through our channel partner.
  • Define and execute growth plans with channel partner to maximize market/vertical opportunities, leveraging the full sales cycle from marketing, sales activity, effectiveness and sales management best practice.
  • Generate sales and successfully launch new products in the market, through combined activities with the channel partners, targeting incremental share gain.
  • Establish and maintain key relationships at all levels in the distribution organization in order to leverage contacts and information.
  • Utilizing our channel management tools to ensure that the channel keeps growing in line with the available market.

Looking for candidates who are from Automation and Control, Sensor, capital assets sales, industrial manufacturing or B2B industries. Must have experience in channel sales management or sales delivery.
