Divisional / Business Manager

As our Singapore business continues to experience excellent growth, we are looking for talents to join us as we look to further enhance our capabilities across all verticals.

What you will do

• Understand client's requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates
• Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates, adjusting the search parameters and direction when applicable
• Conduct interviews using a range of reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to seek out the ideal candidate for the position
• Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to various job boards to generate pipelines
• Enhance candidate pool through efficient utilization of internal database, networks, and professional networking events
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance efficiency so as to keep us ahead of the competition, and induce retention internally
• Manage a team of 2 or more consultants, whilst being responsible for team performance and revenue.

Who we are looking for:

• Degree or above in any disciplines
• Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with external clients professionally
• Self motivated and results driven, with a positive mindset in wanting to succeed
• Able to think outside the box for creative solutions and challenge the status quo
• Experience managing individuals in a team setting
• Proven recruitment track record
