Enterprise Tech Sales Manager (B2B)

Job description

Our client is a well established company in Singapore in the Audio & Visual sector. with solid business partnership with renowned brands. To facilitate their company growth, they are looking for a high calibre Sales Manager (B2B) to join their team.

Reporting directly to the FP&A Senior Manager and Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing B2B sales, promotions and campaigns
  • Developing and creating new sales/ key accounts
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Responsible for price schedules setting and strategies
  • Business partnering with internal functional teams - e.g. Designer team, Technical team
  • Working closely and interacting with external stakeholders - e.g. Manufacturers
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Setting sales quotas and goals
  • Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Defining and executing territory sales plans

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Diploma in IT/ Engineering is high preferred
  • Training or previous experiences in Audio, Visual and video conferencing solutions are critical
  • At least 2 years working experiences in B2B sales with proven sales records.
  • Experiences in Enterprise sales, especially related to Technology Or Manufacturer are highly preferred'
  • Solid business partnering and stakeholder management skills and understanding of business operations
  • Smart, energetic person who is ambitious to strive for excellence
  • Excellent communication and presentation
  • Dynamic, driven personality
