*IMMEDIATE* Facilities Coordinator up to $2500 - 1 year contract
Our client is a reputable US MNC in the Semiconductor industry
Location: Bendemeer

Job scope:

• * Liaise with building management to support on all activities within office premises
• * Ensure health and safety standards are aligned with compliance
• * Able to carry out repair/maintenance works hands-on
• * Liaise with 3rd party vendors on M&E services or cleaning services i.e for annual pipe strainer cleaning
• * Acting as project manager for M&E onsite
• * Involved in annual shutdown and power up, carry out troubleshooting for systems onsite
• * Handle renewal of licenses/permits
• * Inspect fire safety equipments i.e fire extinguisher inspection and replacement
• * Plan schedules for equipment maintenance/repair and validate expense

Requirements:

• * Diploma in Facility Management or related discipline
• * At least 3-5 years of experience in Facilities, with at least 2 years hands-on aircon experience required
• * Prior experience in Semiconductor/ Manufacturing industry will be a plus
• * Able to start work immediately!

Salary: Up to $2500
