Finance Executive up to $4200 - 6 month contract
Our client is a reputable organization in the electronics/electrical manufacturing industry
Location: one-north

Job scope:

• Handle AR duties including billing, receipts and collections, intercompany billings and reconciliation
• Conduct periodic credit review and minimize credit risk, perform credit and shipment hold
• Handle debtor aging reports and statement of accounts
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any outstanding collection issues
• Maintain and update data in the ERP system
• Involved in bank reconciliation duties, handle letter of credit and bank documents
• Preparation and filing of monthly GST returns
• Maintain fixed assets, ensure additions/transfers/disposal are updated in system and maintain fixed assets records
• Support in month-end and year-end closing cycles

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline
• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience AR and fixed assets
• Familiar with Singapore GST and accounting standards
• Experience in JD Edwards ERP system will be a plus point
• Prior experience in electronics manufacturing industry will be strongly preferred
• Able to commence work immediately!

Salary: up to $4200
