Global HR Director up to $20000 (High Growth Tech Company)

Our client is a start-up Technology/ Internet company

Location: Central

Job scope:

• Manage all HR initiatives and processes on a global scale
• Review and built world class HR practices for functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations etc
• Business partner with wider HR team across the globe to handle all people management matters
• Design and deploy hiring plans and scale the HR team
• Provide consultation and advisory to key stakeholders for HR matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• At least 10 years of solid experience as a seasoned HR Leader with a global portfolio
• Experience in a hypergrowth organization will be required
• Prior experience opening new offices in wider region will be a strong plus
• Background in Technology/ Internet industry will be a strong plus
• Experienced building and scaling HR team preferred
• Possess strong stakeholder management skills
• Displays good business acumen and proven ability to lead strategic organizational changes

Salary: up to $20000
