Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the overall operations, team management, daily administration and financial supervision of the Singapore office.

2. Promote business expansion in the Singapore market, including but not limited to channel development, customer support, and compliance coordination.

3. Act as a bridge between the China headquarters and the Singapore local team, coordinate cross-departmental cooperation, and ensure information symmetry and work efficiency.

4. Formulate and implement local operational strategies, financial plans and KPI targets to improve team performance and cost efficiency.

5. Represent the company in engaging with Singaporean government authorities, regulators, universities and partners to ensure compliant operations.

6. Participate in talent recruitment, cultural building and training mechanism development for the Singapore team, creating an efficient and stable working environment.

7. Regularly report the operational status and market feedback of the Singapore office to the headquarters, and put forward optimization suggestions and development opportunities.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors such as Business Administration, International Trade, Finance, and Education.

2. At least 5 years of work experience, including more than 3 years of management experience in multinational enterprises or overseas branches.

3. Familiar with Singapore's business environment, fiscal and taxation system and regulatory requirements; candidates with backgrounds in payment or technology industries are preferred.

4. Excellent organizational coordination skills and strategic execution capabilities, able to independently drive the team to operate efficiently.

5. Willingness to develop long-term in Singapore; familiarity with local human resource policies
