Growth and Marketing Lead

Their solutions are rewriting industry norms, and they are looking for a Growth and Marketing Lead to help them craft the narrative. In the role you'll develop strategies of engagement, utilizing your strategic prowess and creativity to captivate audiences and drive growth. You'll lead a team of talented marketers, guiding them in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our diverse customer base. Your canvas will span digital realms, traditional channels, and everything in between. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to transform innovations into stories that change perceptions and inspire action.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel marketing strategies that amplify the company's brand and drive market penetration.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketers, fostering an environment of creativity, collaboration, and continuous growth.
  • Dive deep into consumer insights and industry trends to uncover hidden opportunities and challenges, fuelling strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development to shape go-to-market strategies that ensure our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Craft and manage compelling campaigns, from concept to execution, harnessing the power of words, visuals, and experiences to tell unique stories.
  • Measure, analyse, and optimize campaign performance, translating data into insights for ongoing enhancement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology product marketing, with at least a few years of experience in a leadership role
  • Experienced in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that deliver quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering against financial targets.
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Adept at transforming complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Tech-savvy with a pulse on the latest marketing tools, trends, and digital landscapes.
