Head of Human Resources up to $15000 (High Growth Tech Company)

Our client is a start-up Technology/ Internet company

Location: Central

Job scope:

• Oversee all HR processes for Singapore
• Business partnering with HR counterparts across the region
• Scaling and leading a world-class HR team that handles duties not limited to HR Business Partnering, employees onboarding and offboarding, performance management, learning & development, payroll etc
• Involved in discussions for hiring plans and strategic initiatives for the HR department
• Provide consultation and advisory to key stakeholders for HR matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• At least 8-10 years of solid experience as a seasoned HR Leader
• Possess experience in building and hiring for HR team
• Experience in a hypergrowth organization will be required
• Background in Technology/ Internet industry will be a strong plus
• Experienced building and scaling HR team preferred
• Possess strong stakeholder management skills
• Displays good business acumen and proven ability to lead strategic organizational changes

Salary: up to $15000
