Head of Partnerships

Job description

Our clients are a multi-channel customer engagement platform that aims to deliver better value to customers and its partners through consumer research, advanced analytics, and data-driven marketing services. They're looking for a Head of Partnerships to join their team in Singapore. The incumbent will oversee designing and growing the marketing partnerships for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create commercial, loyalty, and partnership strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of loyalty goods, omni-vouchers, and media enterprises.
  • Supervise all parts of the deal cycle and coach a team of partnership managers (strategy, deal structure, negotiations, and closing).
  • Identify prospective possibilities, design methods, and influence cross-functional teams to provide our partners with solid client platforms, marketing strategies, and data insights.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of partnership agreements and the management of co-creation activities with deliverables that are often complex, strategic, and cross-functional.

Key competencies

  • 8-10 years of working experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
  • Partnership management experience for successful loyalty/member programmes, especially in multi-brands and/or partners programmes is preferred.
  • Strong understanding and experience with marrying data, partnerships, marketing and technology to drive business growth.
  • Demonstrated track record of planning, managing and closing a complex, competitive sales effort and managing deals from negotiation, to closing and through delivery.
  • Experience in people management, team building, leading cross-functional teams with P&L responsibility.
  • Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, and to influence senior management and other relevant parties.
