Position: Head of Product
Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement medium to long-term product roadmaps that are highly aligned with the company's strategy, technical capabilities, and market demands.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities and drive continuous product innovation.
  • Requirement Insights and Definition
    • Lead market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to form product requirement documents (PRDs).
    • Prioritize features and clarify the product breakdown and iteration rhythm.
  • Project Management and Implementation
    • Coordinate with R&D, testing, sales, and other teams to efficiently drive products from concept to launch.
    • Develop project schedules, risk assessments, and response plans to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Cross-Departmental Communication and Empowerment
    • Organize and chair product reviews, internal training sessions, and customer demos.
    • Provide product training and demonstration materials to the sales and customer success teams to support the sales process.
    • Work closely with the technical team to balance technical feasibility with market value.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in energy-related fields, computer science, software engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Over 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years as a product owner for enterprise software or AI platform products; experience in data centers, energy, or industrial internet sectors is a plus.
  • Knowledge and know-how in data center design, construction, and operation are desirable.
  • Familiarity with the entire product life cycle management, with keen market insight and user empathy.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively drive project progress within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong data analysis skills to make data-driven decisions based on quantitative metrics.
  • Good English reading, writing, and speaking skills to produce high-quality product documentation and communicate with international customers.
Nice to Have
  • Background in digital twin, simulation (e.g., CFD), AI, or related technologies.
  • Experience in providing products and services to enterprise customers in Singapore or Southeast Asia is a plus but not required.
