Position: Head of Sales SEA
Location: Thailand or Indonesia
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing leadership, training, and mentorship to drive individual and team success.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales approaches to meet regional needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and to address customer requirements effectively.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce industry and SaaS solutions, with a clear understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in Southeast Asia.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin as you need to engage with Mandarin- speaking stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior work experience in China, with a deep understanding of Chinese business culture and practices.
  • Experience managing sales operations across multiple countries, preferably in Southeast Asia.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the e-commerce or technology sector.
  • Familiarity with local business practices and market conditions in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics software.
