HR Advisor (MNC) - UP to $6000


  • Partner closely with business leaders to plan and timely fulfill their manpower requirements that are aligned with their business strategies.
  • Proactively responds to and resolve employee relation issues such as employees' grievances, complaints.
  • Provide guidance and advice to business unit managers and staff on HR policies and practices as and when need arises.
  • Support key people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that employees' level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards.
  • Benchmark and recommend best HR practices for effective implementation of sound HR programs / initiatives.
  • Regularly review and analyse employee's attrition trends and reasons of resignation and suggest appropriate intervention to curb undesirable turnover.
  • Participate in and support the implementation of global HR projects and initiatives, where applicable.
  • Ensure full compliance of HR processes


  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Good understanding of HR practices and operations, including knowledge of employee relations and compensation & benefits.
  • Familiar with local labour law and related statutory regulations.
