Our client is a rapidly growing Tech/Gaming Start up firm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and improve the existing Talent Acquisition processes
  • Support full life cycle of recruitment process
  • Assist in HR administration such as letters of employment and other documentations, and payroll
  • HR Advisor on all HR related matters
  • End to end HR generalist functions
  • Develop sustainable solutions to support an effective on-boarding of all new employees and delivering the new hire orientation program
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
  • Administer all applications, renewals with ICA/MOM on visas and work pass applications.
  • Assist in office admin matters
  • Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

  • Degree and above
  • At least 5 years in Human Resource/Recruitment
  • Strong sense of responsibility and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Able to work independently
  • Possesses good communication skills

Salary ranges from $6000 ~ $9000 with bonuses
