HR Business Partner up to $9000 - 6 month contract (Tech US MNC)
Our client is an established organization in the Internet industry
Location: Raffles Place

Job scope:

  • Handle full employee lifecycle matter from onboarding to offboarding
  • First point of contact for HR COE, provide advisory and resolve any potential matters
  • Support on global initiatives within organization
  • Provide professional HR advise to internal stakeholders across all functions i.e Country Leaders, Managers, Employees for any issues and challenges, and to provide solutions
  • Business Partner with senior leaders/ managers and build strong rapport/ partnerships with stakeholders across all levels



Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discpline
  • At least 7-10 years of relevant experience as a HRBP
  • Background from technology industry will be a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders locally and regionally
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, good stakeholder management skills



Salary: up to $9000
