HR Director (People & Culture) -Technology Start-up

Our client is a start-up tech company in the blockchain/fintech area
Location: Central

Job scope:

  • Leading HR initiatives and strategies, driving for organizational culture and development
  • Building best class practices for recruitment, onboarding, talent development
  • Collaborating and facilitating discussions with senior business stakeholders, evaluate gaps to achieve business objectives
  • Managing the administration of employee policies and benefits, compensation levelling structure
  • Driving people programs to attract and retain top talents
  • Leading performance review to drive culture feedback and learning, training initiatives and growth opportunities for employees


  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • At least 10 years of solid experience as a seasoned HR leader in People functions
  • Experience in a start-up company required
  • Prior experience in technology/ fintech industry will be a strong plus
  • Experienced building and scaling culture and operations preferred
  • Possess strong stakeholder management skills
  • Displays good business acumen and proven ability to lead strategic organizational changes
