HR Executive (Generalist) up to $3900 - 6 month contract

Our client is an established organization in the FMCG industry

Job scope:

  • Responsible for HR operations duties including employees onboarding/offboarding, manage work pass applications, preparation of letters
  • Keep HRIS and system up to date with HR data
  • Assist on compensation & benefits (C&B) duties including benefits administration etc
  • Review HR operations processes and suggest ways to improve processes
  • Coordinate payroll process, process payroll and annual income tax submission to external payroll vendor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in HR or related discipline
  • At least 1-3 years experience as a HR Generalist
  • Knowledge in payroll processing
  • Familiar with HRIS system required
  • Experienced in SAP Successfactors will be a plus

Salary: up to $3900
