HR Manager up to $15000 - Investment Firm
Our client is a start-up company within the Hedge Fund industry

Location: Somerset

Job scope:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, design employee handbook, ensure compliance to local regulations
• Responsible for HR generalist duties inclusive of recruitment, full employee lifecycle process, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, payroll operations etc
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the region
• Building overall organization culture and people development
• Ensure smooth running of office on a daily basis, handle office management duties including maintain office supplies and equipments, organize meetings, procurement and facilities management

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
• At least 6-8 years of relevant experience within the HR realm
• Exposure to financial services industries preferred
• Experienced in office management duties
• Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders efficiently
• Able to remain hands-on and detail oriented
