HR Officer (MNC) - UP to $4500

Job Duties:

  • Administer and maintain all HR-related systems and personnel files
  • Management of interview scheduling
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer all applications, renewals & cancellations to the ICA/MOM on entry visa/employment pass/dependent passes, etc, maintaining and filing
  • Prepare letters including certificate of employment, temporary overseas working memo etc.
  • Support the annual compensation review administration process
  • Assist with any ad-hoc queries (HR-Singapore Inbox)
  • Assist with payroll correspondence
  • Process monthly payroll process on Times Software, submit CPF and SDL
  • Generation of monthly reports
  • Administer tax filing matters (annual tax filing and filing of tax clearance for foreigners)
  • Assist with organizing performance review meetings
  • Participate in staff welfare programs
  • Manage absence records (Childcare/Maternity/Paternity Leave)
  • Administer and coordinate staff insurance, including claims matters and maintain staff insurance records
  • Other Administrative Responsibilities



Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline, preferably in HR or Business Administration
  • Payroll experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience
  • Sound knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
