*Perm* HR Operations cum Office Manager up to $10000 - Financial InstitutionOur client is an established organization in the financial services industry
Job scope:
- Responsible for HR generalist duties inclusive of recruitment, full employee lifecycle process, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, payroll operations etc
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance to local regulations
- Building overall organization culture and people development
- Ensure smooth running of office on a daily basis, handle office management duties including maintain office supplies and equipments, organize meetings, procurement and facilities management
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
- At least 8-10 years of relevant HR generalist experience
- Exposure to financial institutions industries required
- Experienced in corporate services/ office management
- Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders efficiently
Salary: Up to $10000
