Our client is an established organization in the financial services industry
Job scope:
  • Responsible for HR generalist duties inclusive of recruitment, full employee lifecycle process, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, payroll operations etc
  • Collaborate with stakeholders
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance to local regulations
  • Building overall organization culture and people development
  • Ensure smooth running of office on a daily basis, handle office management duties including maintain office supplies and equipments, organize meetings, procurement and facilities management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant HR generalist experience
  • Exposure to financial institutions industries required
  • Experienced in corporate services/ office management
  • Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders efficiently
Salary: Up to $10000
