Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to a HR manager and admin support to APAC office
  • Handling of all HR and payroll related matters
  • Identifying of skill and competency gaps and supporting of talent development
  • Review of talent acquisition processes and providing recommendations/improvements to it
  • Supporting full life cycle recruitment needs
  • Handling of immigration processes
  • Working with vendors for visa applications
  • Implementing of HR policies and strategies and ensuring all policies comply with company standard
  • Ensure smooth operations in employee life cycle processes
  • Conducting of daily updates in HRIS data base
  • Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
