HR Specialist (Training)

Job description

Our client is a leading automotive company. This role will design and develop training programs, collaborating with internal experts and external vendors to meet learning and development goals while coordinating all learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a learning and development framework tailored to organisational and staff needs.
  • Identify training needs by collaborating with divisional heads to create a training roadmap.
  • Plan, organise, and facilitate employee development events, including logistics.
  • Arrange external training programs and manage training grants and budgets.
  • Create and evaluate workforce engagement activities to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Continuously review and improve HR processes using IT and other technologies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or Human Resources with at least 1 year of experience in learning & development or HR generalist roles.
  • Ability to work with staff at all levels, from entry-level to top management.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and automation tools (UiPath, VBA, Power BI).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a balance of self-starter and team player attributes.
