Position: Indonesia SaaS Sales
Location: Indonesia
Responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of potential clients and partners within the local
market. Identify the digital requirements of the real estate and construction
sectors, as well as the digital technology ecosystem and industry trends.
Actively expand the customer base in these sectors and build a network of
partners in the PropTech field. Develop and implement sales strategies to
achieve this.
Identify and develop new market opportunities. Create business expansion
plans that are specifically tailored to meet the demands of the local market.
Collaborate closely with the backend product and solutions teams to drive
business growth.
Work closely with ecosystem partners to promote localized product
development and marketing efforts. Establish a strong partner ecosystem and
enhance the company's brand influence and market competitiveness.
Based on the company's business expansion plan and performance targets, plan
and execute business strategies to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Possess a bachelor's degree or higher. Candidates
with relevant experience will be given priority
Language Proficiency: Strong oral and written communication skills in
Indonesian (Bahasa); fluency in English is a plus.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and
strong interpersonal abilities, with the capability to effectively collaborate
with partners and establish stable networks.
Work Attitude and Learning Capability: A proactive work attitude, strong
learning capability, and the ability to iterate quickly.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
