Infrastructure Lead

Manage day‑to‑day operations of core corporate infrastructure, including:
- Network services (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), internet connectivity, and network segmentation
- Server and virtualization environments (on‑premises and cloud)
- Identity and access platforms (AD/Entra ID), DNS, and DHCP
- Email and collaboration solutions (Microsoft 365)
- Backup, recovery, storage, and monitoring systems
Investigate and resolve escalated infrastructure incidents, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
Conduct regular system health checks and service performance reviews, driving continuous stability and reliability improvements.
Maintain and update operational documentation such as runbooks, escalation paths, and system reference guides.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in infrastructure operations, implementation, or support (level based on experience).
Strong hands‑on expertise in networking, servers, cloud technologies, identity services, Microsoft 365, backup/DR, monitoring, and security controls.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and infrastructure security best practices is preferred.
Relevant certifications are an advantage: CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Azure, or security certifications (e.g., CCSP, GSEC).
Strong documentation ability, excellent problem‑solving skills, and effective communication with stakeholders.
