Our client: Is a fast growing technology driven real estate company looking to disrupt the Singapore and SEA markets. They aim to help their clients achieve the best outcomes in the property space

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pre-sales process via various channels: calls, emails, chat, etc
  • Ability to make 40+ calls on a daily basis with clients
  • Be the first point of contact for clients- Sell the services and value proposition to clients through consultative selling
  • Articulate and give advice about the property market and regulations in this space (Training will be provided)
  • Convert Marketing Qualified Leads- both inbound and outbound
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Drive revenue growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones

Requirements

  • 1-4 years experience in inside/pre sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate. Experience in SaaS sales is also a plus
  • Excellent communication skills. Be friendly and presentable over the phone
  • Resilient and driven personality. With the determination to sell
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. Excellent multi-tasker with the ability to work autonomously
  • Flexibility to contribute to our effort to be open 7/7, 9 to 9
