Investment Corporate Action Officer | Up to $ 3000

• Provide operational support to process deposits and securities
• Min Diploma in Banking & Finance or any relevant areas
• 5 Months Contract
• Basic Salary up to $ 3000
• No experience required

Job Responsibilities:

Collection, validation, repair and execution of Inbound-Outbound Corporate Action instructions (from customers/to depositories/delivery/paying agents)

Contact depositories or delivery/paying agents for reconciliation purposes or event clarifications

Process the cash/securities proceeds, payment according to deadlines

Reconcile cash and/or securities discrepancies in a timely manner

Support customers and handle/follow up on queries (emails, SAP cases, phone calls)

Execute the allocated tasks in due time

Support any other tasks related to Corporate Actions

Job Requirements:

Min Diploma in Banking & Finance or any related qualifications.

Internship or contract experience in banking or financial institution will be a plus

Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Good communication skills in liaising with corporate clients

Basic Up to $ 3,000

Annual Leaves 20 days (pro-rated)

Working Location: Raffles Place

Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9-6pm)
