IT L1-L2 Support Engineer

Job description

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills in English with following technical skills ;-

  • 3 months + L1-L2 technical support experience to large corporate infrastructure 250 user environment.
  • hands on experience in Desktop, laptop ,printer & scanner configuration
  • Basic administration knowledge of systems and servers, phone systems, wireless infrastructure related to network.
  • Knowledge with Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OSX , patch management and essential applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in troubleshooting all office network related issues such as Switches / WIFI
  • Fair understanding / knowledge of LAN/WAN/MPLS
  • Working experience on Office 365 to prepare reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to adhere to organization's standards, processes and procedures.
  • Good command of English and good communication, both written and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player and able to work with least supervision and able to work with heterogeneous teams;
  • Good time management and multi-tasking capability.
  • Proactive and meticulous attention to details.
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership and show initiative to achieve desired results.
  • Ability to work in a diverse multicultural environment.
