JUNIOR LEGAL SECRETARY (Legal Firm)

Our client is an established international Law firm

Job responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Fee Earners
• Manage and coordinate the billing process on behalf of Fee Earners
• Typing correspondence and legal paperwork
• Input timesheets for Fee Earners into the Time Recording System
• Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
• Data base management
• Travelling arrangements for partners
• Collect and disburse funds from cash accounts, and keep records of collections and disbursements.
• Assist in finance matters, including chasing for debts, checking of correct rates and amending billing narrative
• Preparing Expenses Report
• Participate in any other ad hoc assignments

Job requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 1 to 2 years of Legal secretarial experience
• Proficient in Ms Excel
• Comfortable with serving a team

Salary Ranges from $3500 -$5000 X 12 (Depending on experience)
