Our client is a recognized organization in the legal industry

Location: Raffles Place

Job scope:

• Welcome and greet guests/ clients/ visitors including serving welcome drinks
• Handle any calls/ emails or other communications
• Maintain an organized filing system, recording data and information in a systematic manner
• Organize and maintain office common areas
• Handle general office admin duties i.e collecting documentations or letters etc
• Manage travel and booking arrangements for accomodations and reservation needs
• Oversee and maintain office equipment and supplies as needed
• Coordination of any events when necessary
• Perform receptionist duties as needed

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience as Office Admin
• Prior experience in Legal industry is a plus
• Able to commence work immediately!

Salary: up to $2800
